PURPOSE
The "Arts For Social Change" award was founded in 1989 at New York's Wetlands Preserve EcoNightclub, to stimulate the creation and expression of more positive media. The project is sponsored by Visionary Artists Resources Including Other Unique Services (V.A.R.I.O.U.S.). Our desire is to raise the emotional tone of the planet by the display of works of art and Edutainment that address possible solutions to humanity's ecological and social problems.
This web site is dedicated to receiving your vision for a better world. The award is a general call for traditional and digital artists (many who have the skills to render visible, anything imaginable) to focus on "Visioning" a peaceful, healthy planet...
Participate by sharing your talents cooperatively.

Our mission is to facilitate the creation of positive healing, life affirming media and experiences that will inspire, empower and uplift the public with educational entertainment. We invite you to demonstrate the role creative people play in evolving our world. At Creativity Cafe, our focus is on those using the latest technology, to help meet the challenges facing our planet and its peoples in these dynamic days of change.

Through promotion in creative journals, educational and trade magazines, via the Internet and other broadcast media, the inspiration, imagination and creative skills of artists, technicians and concerned individuals such as yourself, REALLY GOOD IDEAS can be demonstrated and expressed, thus helping to make this a better world. Your generous donation will help further our work to facilitate the expression of those using Art and Technology For A Better World. You will be kept advised as to Creativity Cafe plans and events, and our progress towards a network of Community Visioning, Healing and Communication Centers.
