You have come upon a meeting ground for creative spirit on a transformational path. We invite you, dear "Storyteller Of The New Millennium," to share a tale and offer a suggestion to nurture creative spirit. What techniques do you use to overcome the challenges of our rapidly changing and complex world?

Subject: [V.A.R.I.O.U.S. TV] CU-SeeMe TEST SATURDAY: KidCast For Peace / Maui Artists Showcase
Cc: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com,
asked me today to redue the paperwork, already on file, for the next Maui
Artists' Showcase taping in the studio featuring "KidCast For Peace;
Solutions For a Better World". This fourth MAS production features a live
internet broadcast on Earth Day to be videotaped as it happens and later
edited and presented as part of the Maui Artists' Showcase (#4)...and for
which the studio time on both 4/15 (for lighting tests and proof of
internet technology) and 4/22, has previously been solidified.
production. You should by now have in your possession, the redone
paperwork (I gave Steve as you requested), as well as all the new forms and
storyboards you gave me to fill out earlier today. I hope this satisfies
should you need clarification on anything....or to let me know about using
the iMac as requested...if not connected to the switcher (technologically
difficult according to Kerri), than fed with a firewire camera directly.
(Gloria has one and perhaps will bring it along on 4/15 and or 4/22?) .
wants to support this project, it would be great if you guys made it avail
along with the iMac. Then we would have at least two systems that could be
online together enabling a joyous Earth Day Internet broadcast by Maui's
children. FYI, Visionary Artists Resources Including Other Unique Services
(KidCast producer) has a table at the MCC Earth Day celebration and will be
having kids make art there to bring to the studio. If there are other
Akaku producers who would like to offer assistance, I am sure we could find
something for them to do :-)
Please have them contact me. We do have our basic crew requirements
solidified. Any MASS Producer reading this please try to attend this
Saturday's tests at Akaku from Noon to 3pm (Maui time - GMT+8). Your
presence is not required but would be helpful. We will be originating video
using CU-SeeMe up to the Global SchoolNet Foundation video server for
rebroadcasting to our KidCast test Network. We hope to see some of you
PS: At the very least on Earth Day, we will have one camera watching one
computer (not Akaku's) and groups of 8 or so kids, interacting with their
internet peers for the 4 hour event. We will be needing to use the phone
line in the studio (call in line) for the modem on both 4/15 and 4/22. I am
discussing with ATT other options. I spoke with Sean about it earlier
with informal interactivites at your convienience before and after. We will
test the week of 4/15 thru 4-22, coordinated by email arrangement. Futher
notices will be sent to confirmed participants. Please RSVP you intention
to TEST on Sat. 4/15 and for being with us at the real Earth Day Party
April 22. For latest details: http://creativity.net/reflect.html.
