Thanks for wanting to participate in "KidCast For Peace; Solutions For a

Hi Peter!
and warm greetings on this beautiful day!

How might I participate in your videoconference? Also, many thanks for
adding our link. Also, though a date has yet to be established, Brightside
will be broadcasting on the net this year. I have two programs completed
from my "normal" production work that will be airing. However, we will be
sending out a "Call for Programs" for consideration in our broadcast
lineup. The screening committee will review all videos submitted and those
selected will qualify based on content, production quality and creativity.
At this time, we are not offering to pay for programs, rather it is an
opportunity for those who embrace this arrangement, to have their work and
visions put forth which portray brighter views of reality.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

The idea is basically, Get the kids to discuss and express artistically
their suggestions for making the world a better place with more love, more
cooperation, etc... make web sites, with visual art, multimedia 3D, poem
readings, rap songs with ecological lyrics, etc. Prepare for our natural
instrument jam: http://creativity.net/KidCast/kc6help.html#jam.

Start now to find resources to participate in the actual kidcast... A high
bandwidth point of origin where you can be with your kids at a preset place
and time... You will need a camera and computer hooked to it. KidCasting
will enable moderators in different global locations, to stimulate
interaction with those present at their location. Ideally, the kids who
have prepared art work and put it on the web, will be available live to
interact with other kids as we explore their creations and suggestions.

We will use CU-SeeMe and other video and audio technologies. You can
download and be able to use the needed software at no charge. Find a local
sponsor like an ISP who could use the visibility in order to get the
highest bandwith connectivity to the Net. Look to our message board at
http://creativity.net/wwwboard/wwwboard.shtml for current KidCast threads.

Please tell me about yourself, objectives, knowledge of technology,
availability; what access (one hour - all day?) at what speed, etc. Where
and when you might be able to broadcast with us on April 22?
