PHOTO: Governor Lingle and the Highway Men Cut Ribbon Opening Improved

Dear Editor: THIS FILE IS FPO contact me for a link to the HiRez
file for reproduction (if needed).

A long time coming, the highway builders and principal government
officials look happy that the project came in on budget and on
time! This photo shows the ribbon cutting ceremony moments after
the blessing. You can see the ipu used during ceremonies signaling
the official opening of the New Improved Mokulele Highway; a major
traffic artery between Kahului and West-Side-South-Side. The road
has been under construction since 2002. Pictured are the president
Steve Goodfellow of Goodfellow Builders (left), The Reverend,
Governor Lingle, unknown gentleman, Brennon Morioka, director
Hawaii Department of Transportation and another Goodfellow,
all responsible for this accomplishment.
