Rebroadcasting Set-up of Cable TV show

My friend didn't have cable and I wanted to share the new TV show, Sunny in Philadelphia, so I pointed the video camera at the TV and using Quicktime Broadcaster to relay the show to the net, live. It kinda worked! i used the cellphone to take this photo. it was set at the brightest of the light-dark possibilities to capture the video camera. unfortunately it blew out the video and computer screen and the one on the side of the video camera.

This is the rig I used to "tape" an ipod version of Sunny in Phila.
