Live Streaming National Conference for Media Reform 2008 This Weekend!~

Aloha

The National Conference for Media Reform 2008, will draw to Minneapolis this year more than 250 presenters and thousands of attendees interested in creating a "more accountable, democratic and diverse media."

Free Press (the nonprofit hosting NCMR) is streaming the conference on its website: http://www.freepress.net/conference.

Tune into the feed this weekend to hear the perspectives of a wide range of media mavens, from PBS broadcaster Bill Moyers and Democracy Now!'s Amy Goodman, to Arianna Huffington of HuffingtonPost.com and Greg Watkins of AllHipHop.com.

Since Creativity Cafe is all about creating conscious media and experientials for helping to "reprogram" the mass mind, we find this to be a significant conference.  I suggest that all interested in creating meaningful media watch and listen to the voices of reason!

Blessings and Peace

Peter
